In this article, you will learn the different places you can see your shipments, as well as how to filter and sort your views.
My shipments page
Shipments will show up on the "My shipments" page when you are assigned as a team member on the shipment.
Note for TMS integrated users: If the shipment was created through integration, it will likely show up on the "My shipments" page if you are the carrier rep, sales rep, or tracking rep in the TMS (depending on how your integration is configured).
Workspace shipments page
You can find shipments from anyone in your workspace on the "Tracking" page.
Filtering shipments
On both the "My shipments" and "Tracking" pages, you have the option to filter shipments.
The "Active" tab is selected by default, and this allows you to see all shipments that are Pending, Carrier Assigned, or In transit. To see Cancelled and Delivered shipments, select the "Closed" tab.
To filter shipments by the status, click on the status menu and select the desired status.
To filter shipments by the pickup appointment, click on the pickup menu and select the desired range.
To filter shipments by the dropoff appointment, click on the dropoff menu and select the desired range.
Sorting shipments
You have the ability to sort shipments by pickup date, dropoff date, oldest created shipment, and newest created shipment. To select one of these options, click on the sort menu and select the desired status.
