New features
Booking Agent
Added timed multi-step outreach sequences to the booking agent, plus a configurable wait before it replies to a carrier so brokers have time to respond first. Rules can also use pickup readiness (ETA), treat urgent loads specially, and follow a load engagement policy.
Expanded escalation controls. Every positive carrier ask at or below your maximum rate can now be escalated automatically, you can choose to escalate every offer, route escalations to the assigned carrier manager, receive them in a single email, and see the carrier's offer in the escalation context.
Added booking attention requests, so the agent can flag conversations that need a person and route them through one consistent flow.
Added a Blocked carriers list so a workspace can name carriers the booking agent must never negotiate with.
Added Highway controls for the booking agent, including a product selector, settings for emails from unassociated senders or DOT/MC mismatches, and conversation evidence.
Added a preferred rate source for posts and booking (for example FreightWaves Sonar), so effective rates reflect the source you choose, including rates that arrive with posts from a TMS.
Added outreach steps to the booking rule editor, including posting to Loadboard 1 and a customer deny-list for outreach conditions.
Added personal saved views, owner and workspace filters, load-number search, and more on the Booking Board.
Added DAT posting controls: set how many days before pickup loads are posted, keep postings refreshed automatically with workspace-level settings, and set a default rate and notes per user. Postings also show dock hours and a pickup/drop-off contact preference.
Tracking & driver app
Added Moving/Stationary motion status for shipments, with a last-seen time and stationary dwell time.
Added a stalled-tracking alert so your team is notified when a load's tracking stops updating.
Added favorite shipments, so users can mark personal favorites and filter to them from My Shipments and Workspace Shipments.
Added multi-load search. Search for several shipments at once using comma-separated load numbers.
Added a Recent Shipments dropdown in the header for jumping back to recently opened shipments.
Added US and Mexico country selection wherever a mobile number is entered, verified or assigned in the web app and in Driver App login and signup.
Added reefer temperature monitoring. Out-of-range temperatures from photo readouts or shipment chat are escalated, and desired reefer temperatures from Turvo carry into the shipment's temperature range.
Added proof-of-delivery attribution by stop. POD and BOL documents are matched to the right stop, grouped by stop, and sent to your TMS with stop and appointment numbers, with a manual override for the shipment owner.
Added settings for the re-entry radius and grace period used in geofence departure handling.
Added Special Instructions on shipment details and drawers, so owners can see instructions received from the TMS.
Public tracking links now include the shipment number, and enterprise child workspaces can show their display name on public tracking pages.
TMS & ELD integrations
Added support for more ELD and GPS providers: FleetHunt, Five ELD, Matrack, Hunter ELD, Legacy ELD. Matrack and Lucid now connect with just the carrier's API token.
Added external tracking links for Hunter, ZeroMax, Leader ELD and TGIConnectLive, and shipment activity now records when an external tracking link is added or removed.
Added Lynx TMS integration, including setup, webhooks and ingestion of shipment updates.
Added TMS shipment lookup and import in Settings > Logs. Brokers can search by the shipment, load, order or movement number shown in their TMS, review the provider response, and request an import.
Added the MacroPoint Carrier app, which sends shipment location updates and stop events to MacroPoint.
Added configurable file output and naming for documents sent to a TMS or SFTP, including format conversion and names like [Load Number]_[Doc Type], plus support for sending proof-of-delivery and other classified documents to Turvo and McLeod.
Added opt-in integration settings: Tai document uploads (POD, BOL, carrier invoices), Revenova truck and trailer updates, Infios tracking-interrupted updates, a McLeod DFM API endpoint option, an opt-in offering-carrier lookup, and Transfix as a TMS app type.
Verizon Connect Reveal is now enabled automatically when Verizon emails a carrier's integration details.
Reporting, notifications & admin
Added scheduled report emails (daily, weekly or monthly) for Booking and Tracking numbers, plus Customer Summary reporting with Autopilot engagement, carrier response and POD presence.
Added notifications for new shipment file attachments, ELD connection expiry, and Autopilot detecting a new driver phone number, trailer or truck, plus standalone notification profiles for single-workspace users.
Added Autopilot checkpoint upgrades: a single chosen cadence, TMS status change triggers, a tracking requests policy, and origin/destination location IDs in conditions.
Added Workspace as an entity on Settings > Exclusions, an enterprise option for which child workspaces use the enterprise rate-confirmation mailbox, and a setting to hide a workspace's loads from the driver load board.
Admins and owners can now edit a member's personal name, and member invites can capture it.
Developer & AI tools
The Chain MCP server can now read shipment chat transcripts, so your AI assistant can summarize a load's chat or report what drivers are saying about delays across a set of loads.
Improvements
Driver self-verification is now tracked per device. A verified device stays verified, and a new device completes its own verification. Drivers also see clearer pending-link and unconfirmed-company messages, with a self-service option when verification stalls.
Improved Booking Board and conversations: multi-select status filters, filters that stay open until you click Apply, a DAT Loadboard column, offer tabs, recent sort, the ability to resolve conversations, and access to older pickup dates.
Server-side sorting on Shipment #, Origin and Destination now applies across all loads instead of only the current page. Recent shipment tabs are available to all customers.
Child workspaces can now access their booking conversations, and enterprise users can update shipments in child workspaces more reliably.
Improved DAT postings: notes, rates and stops stay in sync after load edits, every mapped posting passes DAT validation, and failed postings keep their source.
A destination POD now marks the shipment Delivered, and address-only POD recall better identifies the consignee.
Tracking agent ETAs now take a driver's stated departure into account, pre-pickup check-ins recover when a pickup date moves, and drop-trailer stops re-arm for return visits.
Improved Autopilot: customer coordination stays with the rep on the load, a single load is presented when duplicate same-lane loads exist, delay escalations are suppressed when the delay is under 60 minutes, and ETAs display in stop-local time.
Improved email handling: rate confirmation emails stay in the same Gmail and Outlook thread, Outlook offers opt-in recovery of missed load tenders and account selection, and you are alerted when an Outlook mailbox must be reconnected for MFA.
Improved external tracking links: providers that cannot return a GPS position are no longer offered and unsupported links are blocked. Shipment tracking also shows a history-aware status for returning drivers.
Settings > Integrations is easier to scan and shows each configuration's delivery outcome, Settings > Logs has a refresh button, and Help Center links were added or corrected for Autopilot, compliance and several integrations.
Clarified Shipment Compliance rule cards with completion windows and readable task labels, and separated manual Driver Verification settings from compliance automation.
Improved address accuracy by enforcing the expected ZIP code when geocoding returns a coarse match.
ELD expired alerts now reach the right owners.
Added a Chrome extension upgrade: TMS Companion now detects loads on 3PL Systems VelocityView and Command tracking pages.
Bug fixes
Fixed booking agent rate handling: it no longer quotes above your maximum rate, rate authority is kept on follow-ups, and rules are selected against the actual load.
Fixed booking agent carrier handling: blocked, excluded and do-not-dispatch carriers are declined before the first reply, outreach context is kept when a carrier first replies, and substantive acknowledgments are no longer reduced to a bare "Thanks".
Fixed email and chat reliability: dropped or unthreaded Gmail emails, delayed Outlook processing, repeated automated "Undeliverable" reply chains, missing POD emails in shipment chat, and disappearing or blank inline images.
Fixed removed carrier colleagues and removed workspace users still being able to email into a shipment chat or receive Autopilot emails, chats and texts.
Fixed phone number issues for non-US drivers and team members, including duplicated or defaulted country codes and duplicate mobile-app tracking records when a driver's number changed.
Fixed tracking issues: stale last location on the loads list, tracking sources that stopped polling, lost saved tracking links, deleted shipments reappearing or triggering stall monitoring, and shared locations from some ELD providers not reading correctly.
Fixed users being unable to add or remove external tracking links, and tracking links wrapped in email-protection links not being recognized.
Fixed shipments being marked dispatched at the wrong time, driver app tracking status display, and geofence departure and first-stop handling.
Fixed TMS sync issues: stop sequencing, replays, in/out times, conflicting writes, cleared stop instructions, appointment windows losing their end time, carrier EDI 214 milestones not reaching the TMS, and McLeod cancellations that could wrongly remove a movement.
Fixed carrier verification and lookups, including failures midway, DOT/MC identifiers malformed before lookup, and company verification failing when a carrier has no MC number.
Fixed Samsara and Motive ELD connections losing access because of repeated token refreshes, and ELD requests not notifying the assigned dispatchers.
Fixed Transport Pro loads wrongly showing as Hazmat, Temperature Controlled or Team Driver, plus webhook and chat delivery issues.
Fixed enterprise issues: reports empty for child workspaces, parent admins unable to update child-workspace shipments, admins seeing another enterprise's child workspaces after switching, and missing contact info in notification settings.
Fixed the driver app sometimes showing no assignments, a shipments map crash from invalid coordinates, embedded chat stealing focus, a stray scrollbar, tab alignment in several editors, and the saved-view picker not scrolling.
Fixed loads that would make their appointment being flagged as past their FCFS window, Autopilot AM/PM time parsing and impossible stop sequences, and Autopilot escalating a late-ETA reply incorrectly.
Fixed Loadboard 1 settings requiring the password to be re-entered, email validation rejecting subdomain addresses, inbound log times not using the viewer's timezone, reports interrupted during refresh, and paginated lists returning more items than requested.
Behind the scenes
Strengthened security with dependency vulnerability fixes across the web and driver apps, secure storage for messaging credentials, and clearer authentication errors.
Improved reliability and performance with faster shipment data updates, cached authorization checks, queue monitoring and retry handling, more resilient reporting and integration delivery, and improved authentication recovery so drivers lose their assigned loads less often. These changes require no customer action.
