In this article, you will learn the different places you can see your posts, as well as how to filter and sort your views.
My posts page
Posts will show up in the "My posts" page when you create a post on Chaine, or if you are the carrier rep, customer rep, or booking rep for loads created via a TMS integration.
All posts page
You can find posts from anyone in your workspace in the "All posts" page.
Filtering posts
On both the "My posts" and "All posts" pages you have the option to filter posts.
To view posts that have been covered, you filter by status and select "Covered".
To filter posts by customer, select the customer filter and enter in the customer name. For this filter, please enter in the full name.
To filter by the pickup date, use the pickup filter and and select from one of the three options.
