In our Getting Started article, we introduced the main ways to get your carriers to make offers. In this article, we will go into more detail about the different ways that carriers will find your posts, and make offers.

There are three main ways that carriers will access your Carrier Hub so that they can make an offer:

  1. Using your Carrier Hub URL: if carriers navigate to your workspace's Carrier Hub, they can click on the post that they are interested in to make an offer. You can share your carrier hub by doing this by clicking on this button to copy the URL:

When the carrier navigates to the URL, they will be taken to your Carrier Hub where they can browse your available loads and make an offer:

  2. Accessing the post URL directly: carriers can directly access a post using the post's unique URL, which will take them directly to the spot where they need to make an offer.

You can share the post URL directly with the carrier by clicking on the share post button on the post drawer:

When the carrier navigates to the URL, it will take them to a page like this where they can make an offer for that post:

  3. Accessing the post with your Carrier Hub's search URL: carriers can search for the load by the reference #, and make an offer that way as well. You can learn more about how to get this setup here.

From here, your workspace's chatbot will take in the offer and initial qualification details.
