Let's say that you have a booking email (loads@risinglogistics.com) that you use with carriers on your website, or when posting loads to an external load board. You can set up an email rule that will automatically redirect carriers to your Carrier Hub search page. In this article, you will learn how this all works.
Your workspace's load search page
Each Chaine workspace account has a special URL that takes carriers directly to a load search page.
For example, if your load board URL is https://chaineapp.com/rising-logistics, your search page can be found at https://chaineapp.com/rising-logistics/search.
You can share either your Carrier Hub URL or your search page with your carriers so that they can easily access your loads.
Setting up an email autoreply rule
A common way to redirect carriers to make offers on your Carrier Hub is to use an email with an auto-reply rule that redirects carriers to your Carrier Hub URL.
This allows the carrier to search for the load that they were interested in on the external load board, or when they were emailing your booking email address.
When you set up the auto-reply email, you can say something like this:
Hey there π
Rising Logistics has just launched our own load board. To proceed with making an offer on this post, please use this URL and enter the reference #: https://chaineapp.com/rising-logistics/search
You can also view all of our available loads 24/7 and make offers on our load board: https://chaineapp.com/rising-logistics
Note: do not reply directly to this email
