With Chaine booking, your workspace will have its own white-labeled Carrier Hub, allowing your company an easy and friendly way to show available loads to your network of carriers or when posting to external load boards.

How to view your Carrier Hub

Navigate to the "All posts" section of Booking, and click on the "View my Carrier Hub" button.

Sharing your Carrier Hub

Your Carrier Hub will show all of your workspace's available loads, the way that carriers will see them. You can copy your Carrier Hub URL by clicking on the "Share button".

How carriers find your Carrier Hub

To learn about the different ways that a carrier can access your Carrier Hub, refer to our article here.

  1. Using your load board: if carriers navigate to your workspace's load board, they can click on the post that they are interested in to make an offer

  2. Accessing the post URL directly: carriers can directly access a post using the post's unique URL, which will take them directly to the spot where they need to make an offer

  3. Accessing the post with your load board's search URL: carriers can search for the load by the reference #, and make an offer that way as well

Confused about all of this? No problem, this article will go into more details about each of these: Getting started - getting my carriers to make offers

How carriers make offers

To make offers, carriers can interact with your workspace's chatbot, which collects the offer amount and asks qualification questions before passing the information along to a rep.

From here, your workspace's chatbot will take in the offer and initial qualification details.
