Itβs easy to start automatically qualifying carriers and receiving offers on your Carrier Hub when you are posting loads to your preferred load board. Below, we will share how to do this, as well as some best practices.
Posting to an external load board - without TMS integration
For users without a TMS (Transportation Management System) integration, the process only requires a few steps.
Create a post
First, you will need to create a post on Chaine. Follow the guide here.
Share the unique post URL on an external load board
Each post you create gets a unique link, which you can copy with a click.
First, open the post.
Next, click the copy button to copy the unique post URL.
Finally, in the comments or description section, paste the Carrier Hub post link and instruct carriers to send offers via that link. You can say something like this:
Please make offers here: https://chaine.app/p/z7SJckNa
Posting to an external load board - with TMS integration
For users who have integrated their TMS (Transportation Management System) with Chaine Booking, the process is very streamlined.
Automatic post creation
Enter your load details into your TMS as usual. The load information is automatically synced and a post is created in Chaine Booking. To find out more about how posts get created from the TMS, refer to our guide here.
Automatic link generation and sharing
A unique link for the post is automatically generated. This link is sent back to your TMS so you can automatically include it in the comments section when you upload your loads to load boards.
Setting up an email rule to redirect to your Carrier Hub
Another common way to redirect carriers to make offers to your Carrier Hub is to include an email on the external load post that has a rule to automatically respond to the carrier with a link to your load board's search page.
Each workspace's Carrier Hub has a special URL that allows carriers to search for loads. This allows the carrier to search for the load that they were interested in on the external load board.
For more information on how this works, refer to our guide on redirecting carriers to your load board via email.

Managing inbound offers
Now that you know how to post your loads to external load boards with the Chaine URL, you can start managing inbound offers. When carriers click on the link from an external load board, they will be taken directly to that post so that they can make an offer.
From here, your Carrier Hub chatbot will take in the offer and initial qualification details.
