Offers can be located in the following areas of the Booking section:

You can see all offers that have been made from a post by clicking on a post in the "My posts" or "All posts" pages of Booking.

Any post that has offers that still have not been accepted or declined will have a "Pending Offers" badge.

Additionally, any offer in which a carrier has not received a response will have a "Needs response" badge next to the offer.

Even if you are not interested in the carrier's offer, you should always respond and let them know that you are not interested so that they will engage with you again for future opportunities! You can read more about why this is important in our article on booking best practices.

If a carrier has to wait more than 10 minutes for a response, the offer is often lost. A good place to stay on top of any incoming offer is the "Offers" page. The Offers page shows you any new offer that comes in, so you can quickly respond.

The Offers page will show any offers that have come in, with the newest being at the top. As shown below, the offer will also display the carrier's verification status, the rate spread (if you have the Greenscreens app enabled), and how long the offer has been waiting.

If you click on the offer, a drawer will open where you can directly negotiate with the carrier.

If you want to compare that carrier's offers to other offers, just click the "See all offers button at the top.

When you hover over an offer on the Offers page, you have the option to accept it, decline it, or bookmark it for review at a later time.

You can also take any of these actions on an offer in the post drawer:

To view offers that have been accepted, declined, and bookmarked, just toggle back and forth between these views:
