What is a workspace?

A workspace is a shared place for you and your teammates to work together on Chain.

Accepting a workspace invitation

When you're invited to join an existing team workspace on Chain you'll get an email like this one showing what workspace you're being invited to. Keep in mind that if your organization just went live with Chain and you're using an integration you may not have received this email. That's perfectly fine feel free to skip straight to the next step of logging in.

Enter your email address or phone #

Once you click on accept the invitation you'll be taken to the Chain login page. This page is also accessible via the login page. Here you just have to enter your email address- just make sure it's the same email that received the invite.

Enter the code sent to your email

Next, enter the verification code that was sent to your email address.

Review any workspace invitations

Once you have signed in, you may see a pop-up if your teammates invite you to join any other workspaces. You can optionally accept or decline depending on whether or not you want to join at workspace.
