The One Network Tracking integration allows you to connect your One Network Tracking account to Chain, enabling seamless tracking data to be sent from Chain to One Network.

When you enable the One Network Tracking integration in Chain, the system establishes a secure connection to One Network's API. This connection allows Chain to:


- **Verify your credentials** - Chain validates your One Network Tracking username, password, Originization name, and base URL to ensure secure access

- **Sync tracking data** - Once connected, tracking information from Chain sent to One Network

- **Automate updates** - The integration runs on a scheduled basis (event-based) to keep your tracking data up to date

What You Need to Set Up

To enable the One Network Tracking integration, you'll need the following information from your One Network Tracking account:


1. **Username** - Your One Network Tracking API username

2. **Password** - Your One NetworkTracking API password

3. **Organization name** - Your unique Expedite All customer identifier

4. **Base URL** - A valid shipment ID from your Expedite All account

Setting Up the Integration

1. Navigate to the Apps section in your Chain workspace

2. Find the One Network Tracking app card

3. Click "Enable" to open the setup

4. Enter your One Network All Tracking credentials:

- Username

- Password

- Organization Name

- URL

5. Click "Enable" to complete the setup


During setup, Chain will verify your credentials with One network API. If verification succeeds, the integration will be enabled and begin syncing data automatically.


Common Issues

**"UnAuthorized" Error**

- Double-check that you're using the correct One Network API credentials

**"Expedite All Tracking app could not be setup at this time" Error**

- Verify that all required fields are filled in correctly

- Check that your Organization Name and Base URL are valid
