The Expedite All Tracking integration allows you to connect your Expedite All Tracking account to Chain, enabling seamless tracking data synchronization between the two platforms. This integration helps freight brokers and carriers streamline their operations by automatically sharing shipment tracking information.

When you enable the Expedite All Tracking integration in Chain, the system establishes a secure connection to Expedite All's broker API. This connection allows Chain to:


- **Verify your credentials** - Chain validates your Expedite All Tracking username, password, Customer ID, and Shipment ID to ensure secure access

- **Sync tracking data** - Once connected, tracking information from Expedite All is automatically synchronized with your Chain workspace

- **Automate updates** - The integration runs on a scheduled basis (cron-based) to keep your tracking data up to date

What You Need to Set Up

To enable the Expedite All Tracking integration, you'll need the following information from your Expedite All Tracking account:


1. **Username** - Your Expedite All Tracking API username

2. **Password** - Your Expedite All Tracking API password

3. **Customer ID** - Your unique Expedite All customer identifier

4. **Shipment ID** - A valid shipment ID from your Expedite All account

Setting Up the Integration

1. Navigate to the Apps section in your Chain workspace

2. Find the Expedite All Tracking app card

3. Click "Enable" to open the setup

4. Enter your Expedite All Tracking credentials:

- Username

- Password

- Shipment ID

- Customer ID

5. Click "Enable" to complete the setup


During setup, Chain will verify your credentials with Expedite All's API. If the verification is successful, the integration will be enabled and begin syncing data automatically.


Common Issues

**"Invalid username/password" Error**

- Double-check that you're using the correct Expedite All Tracking API credentials

- Ensure your account has admin permissions

- Verify that your credentials haven't expired or been changed


**"Expedite All Tracking app could not be setup at this time" Error**

- Verify that all required fields are filled in correctly

- Check that your Customer ID and Shipment ID are valid

- Ensure your Expedite All account is active and in good standing


**Integration Not Syncing Data**

- Confirm that the integration was successfully enabled (check the Apps section)

- Verify that your Expedite All account has active shipments

- Check that your credentials are still valid
