_Release window: April 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026_
New features
Expanded driver identity verification with a dedicated admin settings experience, configurable verification requirements, status-aware controls, branded verification templates, and driver app support for completing verification. Teams can request, monitor, and manage driver verification more directly from shipment and tracking workflows.
Added new and expanded ELD and TMS connection options, including Alvys TMS, Azuga, Eva ELD, TruckingHub, Linxup, ProRide, Revenova Relay, and related enablement flows. Carriers and operations teams have more ways to connect tracking and transportation systems to Chain.
Added container tracking support behind a controlled rollout, including MBOL-gated container tracking and workspace allowlisting. This gives approved teams a path to track container moves while rollout remains managed.
Added more shipment and tracking details in customer-facing views, including manifest numbers, next stop details, drop trailer indicators, expired tracking status, appointment-time map tooltips, and clearer tracking-source states. These updates make shipment context easier to understand without switching tools.
Added new automation rule conditions for shipment and tracking agent workflows, including equipment tags, hours-until timing, workspace ID, source, and driver-assigned conditions. Teams can make automations more precise and better matched to their operating rules.
Added a booking agent configuration interface with support for inheritance, communication sender settings, vetting, provider selection, and exclusion conditions. Admins can manage more booking-agent behavior from the UI.
Added carrier performance CSV export. Teams can download carrier performance data for reporting and operational review.
Added outdated driver app version indicators and minimum-version guardrails. Teams can more easily identify when a driver needs to update their app before continuing.
Added app download do-not-disturb configuration support. Teams can better control when driver app download prompts are sent.
Added fraud-signal notifications for shipment activity. Team members can be alerted when shipment activity may require extra review.
Improvements
Redesigned the shipment drawer with a clearer two-panel layout, improved details and tracking tabs, and more consistent shared components. Shipment information is easier to scan and act on.
Improved external tracking and map interactions, including smoother map scrolling, richer stop marker tooltips, and better handling of unsupported or awaiting tracking states. Tracking pages should feel clearer and more responsive.
Improved messaging and chat behavior, including chat list order stability, scroll position handling, browser notifications, and no-reply handling. Day-to-day communication should feel steadier during active conversations.
Improved Outlook connection routing for Rate Confirmation and Offers Email use cases. Users can choose the right email connection intent during setup.
Improved integration reliability for Revenova, McLeod, 3PL Systems, Sonar, FleetLocate, Orbcomm, Samsara, and related shipment or tracking pipelines. These updates reduce edge-case failures across connected workflows.
Improved attachment and email handling for shipment conversations, including preserving file references, skipping invalid URLs, and better auto-attachment behavior. Shipment communication records should stay more complete and reliable.
Bug fixes
Fixed trailer number and ELD app display issues when a carrier has no dispatcher. Carrier and tracking details should now render more consistently.
Fixed a gallery viewer issue. Media previews should open more reliably.
Fixed company email verification resend behavior to use the full email address. Verification code resends should reach the intended recipient more consistently.
Fixed public post shell behavior after authentication. Public views should remain stable after a user signs in.
Fixed shipment polling in My Loads so shipment data refreshes on a regular interval. Drivers should see fresher shipment state without manual refreshes.
Fixed stop ETA update handling so shipment management can consume those updates correctly. ETA changes should flow through connected shipment workflows more reliably.
Behind the scenes
Strengthened app attestation, driver verification contracts, deployment safeguards, automated test coverage, and runtime monitoring. These changes improve reliability and security without requiring customer action.
