Use onboarding to create your username, set your profile picture, and finish setup before you start using Chain.
Start onboarding
If Chain does not open onboarding automatically, go to https://app.trychain.com/onboarding.
Step 1: Create your username
On the onboarding page, enter your full name.
Chain creates a username from the name you enter.
Wait while Chain checks whether that username is available.
If the first username is already taken, Chain suggests an available option automatically.
Select Continue.
Step 2: Set your profile picture
On the profile picture screen, upload a photo or choose an avatar.
Select Continue to save your profile picture.
What happens next
After the username step, Chain sends you to the profile picture step.
After the profile picture step, Chain sends you to your shipments page.
If your account is already fully set up, Chain can skip onboarding and send you to the next page available to you.

Make sure you completed the verification code step first.
If your account is already active, Chain may skip onboarding.
