Loads are not progressing in McLeod on arrival and departures
In the Freight Matching Control, you must select Auto dispatch. This can be done like this:
Begin by setting up a vendor login id and password in Sys Admin > Brokerage > Freight Matching > Freight Matching Control
Under the
User Access, make sureAuto dispatchis selectedSometimes this requires a reset to the external server for the change to take place. This will enable loads to progress as Chain sends arrival/departure statuses for stops.
