How to enable the Revenova integration in Chain

Enabling the Revenova (for SalesForce) App

If you have Revenova TMS, the process to set up an integration with Chain is very simple, you just need to go to the account settings, and click enable. Once you do, you will be prompted to login and "Allow" Chain the appropriate permissions. This must be done with an Admin account.

To get started, in you Chain account:

  1. Click your Avatar on the top right, which will open a menu

  2. Select Settings

  3. In the Settings menu, select Apps

  4. Find the SalesForce/Revenova app, and click Enable, and then again on the confirmation pop-up

  5. You will be redirected to Salesforce to log in with an Admin login

  6. Click "Allow" to give Chain permissions to enable the Chain integration

  7. You will then be redirected back to Chain, and you are all done

Depending on your plan, your loads will start to sync inside of Chain.
