Who Can Access Workspace Settings
Workspace notification settings can only be controlled by Workspace Admins or Owners. These settings affect all members of your workspace.
How to Access Workspace Settings
If you are a Workspace Admin or Owner:
Go to Settings
Select Notifications
> Note: The Notifications option in workspace settings will only appear if you have Admin or Owner permissions.
What Workspace Settings Control
Workspace notification settings only apply to:
Notifications related to shipments created by your workspace
Notifications sent to drivers, dispatchers, or team members added to shipments created by your workspace in the tracking page
Available Workspace Settings
As a Workspace Admin or Owner, you can:
Disable all notifications for your workspace
Disable specific notification types:
Dispatcher Notifications: Control notifications when dispatchers are assigned
Driver Notifications: Control notifications when drivers are assigned
Team Member Notifications: Control notifications when team members are assigned
Impact on Users
When workspace notifications are disabled:
All users in your workspace will stop receiving those notifications by default
Individual users can still override these settings if they explicitly enable notifications in their personal settings
