Completing onboarding ensures your company is prioritized for load opportunities and your offers get more visibility with Chain Verified Brokers. It also helps confirm your identity and legitimacy as a carrier, building trust across the network.
1. Sign Up
Start by signing up using your work email and phone number. Only authorized carrier representatives should register.
2. Verify DOT/MC Number
Verify your USDOT or MC number to confirm your operating authority. This step is essential to match your company to the correct federal records.
3. Connect Your ELD
Select and connect your ELD provider from the list.
Once connected, your ELD will show as Enabled, confirming your tracking setup.

4. Set Up Your Company Profile
Upload a profile picture (like a logo or fleet image). This adds credibility and helps brokers recognize your brand in the network.
